Bristol does hen dos its own way, and a butler in the buff fits whatever you have planned — a long lunch, a garden, a flat full of people. He handles the drinks, the food and the games so the host can relax.
We have staffed parties from Clifton houses to Harbourside apartments and King Street since 2022. Booking a butler in the buff in Bristol starts from £170 for two hours.

Your questions about Bristol
How much does it cost to hire a butler in the buff in Bristol?
Hiring a butler in the buff starts from £170 for two hours. Cocktail masterclasses start from £25 per person and life drawing classes from £17.50 per person, and we will put a package together if you want more than one.
How far in advance should I book?
Most Bristol groups book six to twelve weeks ahead. Saturdays between April and June go first, so if your date is fixed it is worth getting in early. We can often help at shorter notice too, so it is always worth asking.
Which parts of Bristol do you cover?
All of it — Clifton, the Harbourside, Wapping Wharf, Stokes Croft, the Old City and out across the West Country. Whether you are in an apartment, a hotel suite or a rented house, we come to you.
What does a butler in the buff actually do?
He arrives in collar, cuffs and bow tie, greets your group, serves the drinks, runs the games and keeps the food and the party moving so nobody in the group has to host. You set the tone and he reads the room.
Where do Bristol hen parties usually book?
Clifton townhouses and Harbourside apartments are the usual ones, with the butler hosting the pre-drinks before the group heads to the Old City or Stokes Croft.
Is there a minimum group size?
No. We cover everything from a handful of friends to large hen parties, and Butler Direct has been running since 2022.
We also cover Bath · North Wales — and the rest of the UK. See every area.
MAKE YOUR BRISTOL EVENT UNFORGETTABLE WITH ONE OF OUR buff butlers
Welcome to Butler Direct — Bristol’s home of quality butler in the buff hire. Whether you’re planning a hen do before a night on King Street, a birthday in Clifton, a corporate event in the centre or something else entirely, a butler in the buff from Butler Direct is exactly what you need.
Bristol sits alongside Bath as one of the busiest hen corners of the country, and groups often split their weekend between the two. If you’re doing that, tell us — we can cover both, and it’s easier to plan as one booking than two.
We pay our butlers some of the best rates in the industry while keeping our prices lower than the competition. A well-paid butler is a happy one, and a happy butler in the buff always puts on the best show. We only work with the most enthusiastic and reliable butlers in Bristol, with zero tolerance for anything less than professional behaviour.
Cocktail masterclasses are our most booked option here. A butler-led session in the house gets a group of thirteen talking to each other properly, which is the bit a bar never quite manages.
